Heat Stress – Pun a song you like

No the AC did not arrive – in the dioxide of carbon we trust.

A little bit annoying, the AC made slow progress to the next province north of us and then took a break at 3:30pm. Its less than 100km away, though those km can take 2 hours during the day as island traffic, but noooo! Its stopped there still. The plants are just OK.

You can see the slightly tired look to some of those leaves there and below:

So yeah they’re OK, tracking well for half way through flower but its 37c in there most of the day and 29c overnight. Were it not for the Co2 I think we’d been a load more pain. They have loads of light, EC and gas that likes the heat to power that photosynthesis, they’re drinking well, over 100L a day, at EC 2.6 – or 2.6g per m3 of water? Think that’s it. Anyway, the AC will here tomorrow for sure. I can drop the Rh down more, it gets as high as 60% at the moment – but I haven’t turned it higher because it creates so much heat.

At the weekend I’m going to vent some hot air out through the server cabinet (above it) into the ceiling void. The AC should come with the duct and endplate, just need cut a hole in the server cabinet door and attach. Then that should just be the final environmental control I’ll ever need. Then! I will be controller of worlds, domination of the elements is within my grasp, man bends nature to his will.

Fingers crossed, anyway, its a good effort even I don’t.
