I’m not sure where my thoughts are going to take me on this, bear with me…

Its the environment that’s nagging at me really. The “12,000 BTU” floor standing AC ain’t that. Then I didn’t realise that the plug adaptor I was using is either broken or just couldn’t handle the 4000W or whatever from the Dehuey and the AC, messed around turning the ceiling mount Dehuey that just cooked the room more, then it was lights out. It was as high as 38c and as low as 53% Rh at times today. We hit a VPD 2.1 – that’s way high. Typically in flower 1.5 is your aim, maybe 1.8 you’re sure you’ve got it on rails, with Co2, plenty EC.
So I’m hoping for a stabilization overnight. A reset. We had the windows open to route the AC exhaust, I know the lowest temperature we’ve hit at night on this grow is 28.6c – I’d love to get that down to say 22…. OK unrealistic! 25c, still rubbish but nothing more we can really do. Then there’s the yellowing leaves! This just never happens to us, we changed the CalMag and reduced the N so for sure, but then also we’re rocking a mega high VPD, its hot and dry, We’re still at an EC of 2.6. I’m reading it as a deficiency and so I’m going to bump the nutes – we’re at the upper range of the Dutch Pro A/B – 3ml per litre, we’re matching the CalMag to that, when the current 160L are done I think we’ll go 3.5ml/L as see how we go, this is the last feed with the Bloom Explode, pretty much on schedule, we have time for them to bulk up from here on out, just need a bit more of the basics right now I think,
Meh, if I had another bottle of Explode I’d be happier, I could get one for Sunday. I wonder if the Farmer still has some, its $120/L though, ooph.
The rockwool rolls I’m going to try in the other 5×5 arrived today, they’ll sit under the 6″ cubes. I need to figure out the what grows where bit sometime. I’m a bit tired for that right now. Tomorrow we’ll up ot the seedlings, we’re going with the Mars Hydro Hydroline 12 – bring a bit of DWC so the fancy ladies. 10/12 – probably the two I squeezed were the ones that didn’t take, maybe should have been more patient, maybe they were no good to start. I’m pleased we get to run another Seed Junky strain in there, its some top recent genetics going in there, lets see what all the fuss is about.
