I mean there's 10 people at best, to vote right now! I'm also probably going to upgrade the forum software to phpBB which has more features.

Tough call. I quite like Nick Hardy Land but Glog Land may be more inclusive?

Is it possible to have a growers lounge with live time chat or does that come with too many headaches?

It is, and it doesn't look hard to implement, works with this board as well. I need to decide if I'm going to change the board software first though.
